Little Acorns has been based at Warners End Community Centre in Hemel Hempstead for over 40 years. Now in it's own self-contained building, overlooking Northridge Park, it offers a warm welcome with a brightly coloured playroom, a computer/quiet room, kitchen, toilets, lobby area and outside play area. We are open Monday to Friday from 9.15am-12.15pm in term time only.

We are registered and inspected by ofsted , and cater for 24 children per day ranging from ages 2 years 9 months to school age. We are registered to receive funding from the Local Education Authority for 3-4 year olds. We are also members of the Pre-School Learning Alliance.

Our aim is to provide high quality childcare in a safe and stimulating environment. We aim to work in partnership with parents/carers to help children learn and develop. Our curriculum is based around The Early Years Foundation Stage Framework. This curriculum provides the children with interesting activities that are appropriate to their age and stage of development.
